Point Nine Founders Summit

Point Nine Founders Summit

I had an amazing chance to be at the Point 9 Founders Summit last year. It was so cool to listen to stories from really successful company owners. I made sure to write down their best tips on 3 pages. Now, I'm excited to share these lessons with all of you.

1️⃣ When your company grows to 100 people, any bad habits start to stick out like a sore thumb.

2️⃣ We should be cheering when we make a great product or keep our clients happy. The number of employees we have isn't the important part.

3️⃣ As our team gets bigger, it's easy to get lost in all the small details. Make sure to step back and focus on the big stuff. Check what you talked about in your last meetings, are you forgetting the big picture?

4️⃣ Every company that made it big has had at least one tough time. The trick is to keep going even when it's hard. 💪

5️⃣ Most of the money your company makes will come from just one or two good ideas. Find what works and stick with it. You're not Microsoft, you don't have to do everything.

6️⃣ Find your groove and keep doing it. Making money can be as simple as doing the same thing over and over.

7️⃣ Tell a story that's about more than just your company. Make it something everyone can relate to. 🌐

8️⃣ The bigger your company gets, the more you need to talk to everyone.

9️⃣ The companies that really get to know their clients always do the best in the long run.

🔟 Don't add new rules until it's absolutely necessary.

1️⃣1️⃣ Expect to hire people again and again as your company gets bigger.

1️⃣2️⃣ Don't forget to improve your leadership team as your company grows.

Remember, being successful is all about the journey, not the end goal! 💥🚀
